Born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida; Chef is no stranger to the hospitality and food industries. Having studied hospitality management, he not only has the skills as an event planner and dealing with a high-end client base, but also has the culinary expertise of someone who has been in the industry for over a decade!
After moving to Vermont at the age of 16, Timothy found himself working for a 5-star mom and pop restaurant in Orford, New Hampshire, right across the river from him. Here, he trained under top culinary chef, James Peyton, where he got a crash course in the global culinary arts!
His love for music and arts has been a long standing passion of his and his goal to find a way into the industry has been a dream ever since childhood. After High school,  he left Vermont and found himself back in Miami, in the hotel industry. This didn't satisfy his itch to be more involved in the symbiotic relationship between food, music, arts, and entertainment industries. With this in mind, Timothy picked up and moved across country to Los Angeles. There, he tenured as event manager and head chef for a local catering company had finally gotten him in the door.
During his 6 years in Los Angeles, he had the pleasure of working with some of the top celebrities and marketing companies within the city and entertainment industry as a whole.
​After  LA, he was the food and beverage director of a few micro-festivals getting him even further into the scene. From there, Timothy moved to Phoenix where he eventually started his very own catering and event planning company, Phoenix Culinary Collective.
